T. J. Hammer has been a Business Broker in the Metro Phoenix area since 1985. She has been licensed with West USA Realty since 1990. She and her husband purchased a pest control business in 1987. He ran the pest control company while T. J. continued selling businesses. She sold businesses of all types and sizes but concentrated on learning more about the lucrative Pest Control Industry through practical experience and reading all she could about the industry. After 9 years of running the pest control company, they decided that the time was right to sell their business. Since T. J. had listed and sold a number of pest control businesses during this 9 year period, it was a natural for her to market their business. She found the perfect buyer, a well known National Pest Control Company that she continues to sell businesses to even today.
T. J. is an active participant in the Arizona Business Brokers Association, the Arizona Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Arizona Department of Agriculture Task Force, the Pest Control Advisory Board, and the Arizona Pest Professional Organization.
